The UN violations of its own resolutions?Here are the paragraphs of the United Nations Security Council report S/2000/1225 that invented the lies about Richard Chichakli in violation of the UN own rules concerning this investigation. Paragraph-6 of the UNSC report S/2000/1225 stated as seen in Paragrapg-6 below that all those named by the, so-called investigators must be contacted and given the opportunity to respond and defend themselves. Richard Chichakli WAS NOT CONTACTED NOR WAS GIVEN AN OPPORTUNITY TO RESPOND
The UNSC report S/2000/1225 invented Victor Bout. Peleman knew that whatever he writes about Victor will be dismissed because of Victor's lack of the necessary knowledge and expertise that would be required to support the notion of a Phantom Empire Peleman needed to create, and would be the one with claimed knowledge about and as such would secure continuing contract work with the UN. Among those who knew Victor there was no one with significant knowledge and expertise but Richard Chichakli, and therefore, the name of Richard Chichakli was used; in-secret and without informing Chichakli in order to support what was falsely alleged Bout-Chichakli relations as seen in paragraphs 138 to 140 of the report. Paragraph-138 illustrates the "Theory or hypothesis" Peleman wanted to draw with the inquisition language used, and to which he provided the answers in paragraphs-139-140
