The Role of the United Nations

The UN played an important role in this case on two dimensions:

  1. It published several false reports prepared by a corrupt sub-contractor named Johan Peleman, and these reports were used unchecked and unverified by several entities including the Bush regime. Example of that is calling Chichakli in S/2000/1225 as the day-to-day manager of Bout's business when Richard was a soldier serving in Fort Campbell, KY
  2. The UN was pushed around and used by the United States government to pass resolutions capable of giving the Bush regime tools and means to be used in the persecution of Richard Chichakli, and which means are prohibited under the United States Laws. Example of that is the imposing of international Assets Freeze and Travel Ban

Because of its Diplomat status the United Nations is immune from prosecution; therefore, the UN CANNOT be held accountable for WHATEVER it does, and that is NATURALLY WRONG considering the known level of corruption and the countless number of super-scams we the public became familiar with like "oil for food" and others.   Therefore, if the UN has done you wrong, you will find yourself going through a muddle of the most disorganized and corrupt bureaucracy just to get to the intended person; and when you do, that person will be unavailable.  I am going through this process at this time in an attempt to have the UN correct what they wrongly published about me. However, the Bush administration is on the other side forcing the UN to withhold actions to correct its mistakes because such correction will totally destroy all the US government allegations against me.

The UN uses contractors to do its work and those contractors NEED NOT to be qualified to do the work, bit rather need to know someone and pay their dues? Johan Peleman who is degreed in Philosophy and French Literature became a sudden expert in Aviation, Transportation, Logistics, Political science, African Rebel Groups, Weapon systems, financial management, etc., etc. in a matter of HOURS and received, thus far more than US $4,000,000.00 in UN contracts. This very person is said to have received from Victor Bout hundreds of thousands in bribes for arranging UN contracts for Aircess, and when the bribes stopped he retaliated from Bout by naming him in the UN report on Angola.

The links attached to this page provide you with reference material related to the case, Richard's communication with the UN, and the UN resolutions and reports related to this matter.
