1. UN Report S/2000/1225: This report about Angola introduced Victor Bout to the world as the largest arms dealer ever existed, and introduced the false relation between Bout and Richard Chichakli for the first time in paragraphs 138 to 140. The report can be downloaded in several languages from: http://www.un.org/Docs/journal/asp/ws.asp?m=S/2000/1225
2. UN Report S/2001/1015: This report also about Angola was commissioned to investigate what was reported in S/2000/1225 (above) as an expanded investigation on the matter of Victor Bout. The investigation revealed that Chichakli was not part of that network as previously reported in 2000, and the name of Richard Chichakli was completely dropped from this report in 2001. The report can be downloaded from: http://www.un.org/Docs/journal/asp/ws.asp?m=S/2006/379

The report can be downloaded from: http://www.un.org/Docs/journal/asp/ws.asp?m=S/2006/976 Download this document in PDF |
