| Meet The GM of AirCess
Ronald De Smet is a Belgian pilot who is known to have some "very questionable" relations to certain people in Africa. He is the person who established, managed, and controlled Tan Group and AirCess operations in Ostend. Of course, he is also the person who inherited and benefited from the operations' assets after Victor's application for residency in Belgium was denied. The merit, integrity, correctness, completeness, and truthfulness of Johan Peleman's report were not quested; although he totally and intentionally omitted Ronald De Smet from his reports even after he was provided with documents revealing the extent the relations between De Smet and Air Cess, the document included buying an Aircraft and an acknowledgment by Ronald De Smet as a General Manager in Charge. Peleman and the US government decided to ignore the facts, and maintain their allegations against Richard Chichakli who was 10,000 miles away.
