Meet Deidre Ward?
Here's another director of Victor Bout's business. Deidre
Ward testified that Richard was not an employee of Victor Bout's organization as
alleged by the Bush regime. Her testimony to the FBI was concealed from the
federal court that looked into Richard suit against the US government. The mater
was brought to Judge Goodbey
attentions in detailed letter that
was sent directly to him by Richard Chichakli, but the judge elected to
closed the case regardless.
All of the flights commenced by Victor Bout's aircraft
from South Africa were filed by Deidre under Norse Air call sign. Ms. Ward's company, which chartered and obtained the FOP for Bout's aircraft
was in-charge of all of these flight. Not a single flight could have been flown without the complete approval of Deidre Ward including the approval of
rate, terms of payment, route and flight plan, and the most important of
all--the type of cargo. Deidre Ward was not mentioned in Peleman's report as can
bee seen in S/2000/1225 |
