The Illegal Trading, Transporting, and Dealing in Arms HAVE ENDED…

As of March 6, 2008 the illegal arms dealing is all over, or almost over because the largest, biggest, most notorious, and galactic arms’ dealer Victor Bout, also known as the merchant of death, etc. was arrested. Peace will now be pervasive all over the globe, and we all shall live happily ever after. 

The story that lived for more than 10 years, longer than the invisible 60 to 82 aircraft fleet; also known as the largest cargo fleet in the world, and which can transport anything to anywhere, that fleet will also evaporate, or maybe already had. As to those who made a career out of the story that turned all of them, in a blink of an eye, into great experts in a wide-spectrum of complex activities. They will have now to find another mysterious subject in order to sustain their illustrious career.

The capture of Victor Bout will definitely change the world, and make it all a better and safer place for us, a free service and another gift granted by the lovely, and wonderful government of George Bush. This gift is just an addition to the other great gifts we previously received such as the improved respect and admiration of Americans around the world, and the great prosperity in the US. Now, we should all expect justice to be served, just like the fair trial of Saddam Hussein, or the impartial; and evidence-rich trials of Guantanamo Bay. I know the justice I was served!

Although how did Victor Bout ended in Thailand is a question that may never be answered, it is puzzling why would the Thais lie about few important points including:

• Claiming that Victor was in Thailand on January 2008, because he was not, and

• Thailand was acting on an international warrant for his arrest, because there is not after the only-case against him was dropped in Belgium last year, and

• The arrest was in response to an old-DEA warrant, because there was never been such an old warrant?   

Why would the Thai officials lie, is not properly worded because they are nothing more than puppets, the question why would the US government order them to lie given for the acclaimed collection of evidence on hand. Evidence that include a sale of 100 surface-to-air missile! An amount of missiles that dwarf the number of similar weapon in the arsenals of almost all regular armies in the area, the number seems to resemble the never found 200 tanks Victor supposedly sold and transported to the Taliban according to the experts.  Although Bout did not own a fleet that can transport 200 tanks, nor owned an aircraft that can reach South America from any point on earth without refueling… at sea!

FACT is that thing we will never know, and JUSTICE is a dream we will never see as long as we apply our prejudice; ignore reasonable thinking, and blindly believe propaganda. I do not know how Victor ended-up in Thailand or what he was doing there, but I know that the Bush regime wants him silent before they leave power in fear of scandalous revealing of the services Victor provided to them since the start of the Afghan war; services that will make all you know about Iraq sound like a child play. Now that it is left for George Bush to uncover the secrets, as Victor Bout was silenced shortly after threatening the Bush regime to break-up the story, and actually contacting members of the US Congress last December!

On other thoughts; maybe Victor really went to Thailand by himself, without even telling his wife, just to sell the most expensive transportation contract ever happened; a lucrative US $5,000,000.00 for a single-trip, that is about how much you will need to purchase half a dozen 50-ton capacity IL-76 aircraft!  Or, maybe he wants to negotiate the deal in Thailand because it is sunny there, and it got to be safer for him than his home in Moscow, or maybe it just make sense to travel while you know that you are on the UN watch list???   Beats me, I think I will let you do the thinking, of course if you dare to think.

Although recent news clip on Yahoo about a 5-years old child that was found to be included on the US Government No Fly List was not surprising, the idea of the NO FLY List is.  The list is yet another form of the many forms of persecution practiced by George Bush's arrogant and racist regime.

I found it interesting to know that more than 125,000 names are on the list (according to CBS), and the names are mostly of those classified as "anti-Bush activists" rather than terrorists as claimed by government. The list, just like my case, was made secret by an Executive Order signed by George Bush, just to circumvent the operation of the laws of the United States including the judicial overview, and Freedom of Information Act, and etc.  

CBS's 60 minutes obtained a copy of the "Secret" list and produced a segment about the subject on October 08, 2006. I think it is great material to review, so is information found here and here, and the LIST goes on...

Four years and still awaiting justice

2008 is upon us and that means that this investigation has been going on for six years, and that I am entering the fourth year of exile since the US government, without any legal process, terminated all evidence of my existence.  I am still not charged of any crime, and still not formally accused of any wrong-doing, and yet prohibited from going to court because of "National Security reasons."

For those asking whether I quit the fight, the answer is no, I have not, but the tactics have changed.  Of course, I am not expecting to win against a regime like Bush's regime, so a bit of politics is also needed.  Bush never admitted to committing a mistake in Iraq, so it is naive to think that he will in my case. Concerning updates, yes there is plenty to publish that will further embarrass the government; however, I am not putting up anything I've discovered because I am keeping it for certain purpose, think of it as a time-bomb that will blow in the face of my enemies at my discretion.

Fascinating article by the Guardian that perfectly describes the policy and tactics the Bush regime is using to erode civil liberties, destroy democracy, abolish the rule of law, and enslave justice. The article illustrates how the Bush regime placed America on the road to fascism in 10 easy steps. My case is an example of how the Bush regime applies the fascist tactics, and illustration of the abortion of justice.  Read this article it is an eye opener for those searching for the truth rather than being a cow following a herd.

The irony of Hypocrisy in an intellectual mindset

My website generates traffic of 20,000 visitors per day, and out of those about 10 percent elect to send me an e-mail or an inquiry to verify or elaborate on some of the evidence, issues, or opinions posted on the site.  Some ask just once, and some become regulars who chat with me on regular basis on variety of subjects and matters; some of it appeals to common sense, and some does not make sense at all.  Bottom line, I always answer all e-mails to the best of my ability because I believe that people ask because they earnestly want to understand, and that brings us to the subject matter of this update.  

A couple of days ago I received the following inquiry from a person, who is a professor of science in a great university, an American who traveled the world, and old enough to be able to form a very-highly educated opinion about things.  Here’s what this person, and whom I have been chatting with for more than two years wrote:

Although on the surface this seems like a reasonable question, the problem with it is that this very person took what was written by Farah as a “word of God” and asked me to refute that?  This highly intellectual person did not think about asking Farah to substantiate his groundless claim, but jumped right-up and asked me to prove that Farah is a paid government liar!

The common sense says: people must be able to prove their claims--you prove ownership with a deed, prove accomplishment with meeting benchmarks, and prove guilt with evidence! Now, why all of that has changed? Why should I prove that Farah is wrong, why doesn’t he substantiate what he says?   What is the mindset behind all of that, and why anyone has to dedicate his life to “refute” every stupid statement made by any mentally-ill, government dog, or delusional sub-human? Is it the American hypocrisy, or is it a state of mind that was generated by fear-based brain-washing tactics.

Prove it! That was what I said three years ago as I rushed to post evidence to the falsity of the groundless allegations raised against me by Farah and his employer,  and internet garbage they created by themselves to justify a lawless criminal action against me. Then I challenged them to bring charges against me, I even sued the US government to force action in a court of law and make them show the evidence. Yet, the proof never came about, and the evidence has never been seen because it is “Secret.”  Prove it against Victor Bout; 11 years passed by, and no proof came about, and the Belgian Court dropped the case Farah alleged to be proven! What is it we are missing or cannot see? Is this a double standard thing, or is it an American thing?  I recall Bush saying that Iraq had to prove that they do not have weapons of mass destruction! Did you all forget about it, and did that “highly-intellectual mind”  fail to see that even Bush himself failed to prove what he asked Saddam to do.  I am very sorry my dear Professor, the irony is too thick and it is too repulsive just to go on catering to the crowd… It is time for you to go and ask the accusers to prove it.

I was reading an article about the never-successful George W. Bush, who became the president of the United States, and about the massive levels of death and destruction he brought upon the world during his presidency.  The intriguing part to me was an old story that involved the financial dealing between George Bush and the Bin Laden family through James R. Bath, A Major in the National Guard and who found in the, not so-bright new recruit Lt. George Bush an opportunity for advancement, given  for the influence of the Bush's family. 

James Bath became the trustee over the wealth of the Bin Laden family in 1976, and for the next 12 years he made a fortune for himself, and for his easy connection to power and influence, George W. Bush; who was always ready to run to daddy for help.   In what I've there was plenty of facts, and plenty of unknown. Some of what was written I had heard before from the people involved; however, plenty of what I heard seems to be unknown. And because we all need to know, I will share with you what I have heard about George Bush's connections to the assassination of Salem Bin Laden in Texas in 1988 from Salem's brother.

Salem was reported by the US authorities to be killed in an Ultra-light accident; however, the story of his family is totally different, and it says that he was killed because James Bath, the trustee of the family wealth was embezzling and funneling money to George W. Bush, who's father was then The United States Vice-President, and was running for presidency. The "Conspiracy Theory" story brings Salem Bin Laden as part of the Saudi involvement in the Iran-Contra scandal in 1987 and which involved the Reagan administration and George Bush senior, Saudi, Israel, Iran, and of course the Contra Rebels.

The Bin Laden family version brings allegations and documents that Salem Was in the United States to remove Bush's friend and the trustee, James Bath, and to bring charges against him for stealing millions from the funds of the Bin Laden family .  The story goes to say that, given for the degree of involvement of George Bush's son into the matter, and in view of how the scandal would affect the 1988 presidential bid of George Bush senior, someone high-enough in the US government arranged for Salem Bin Laden to die, and the deal included certain protection for James Bath, and additional work to cover up the financial transactions in question, in addition to muting the relation between Bath and George Jr. who grew to become the not so-honorable, and maybe ??? president of the United States.

Where could I have heard that? --Salem's brother, a person I knew for more than 10 years during the time I lived in Saudi Arabia, and who happened to be the person standing behind me on my wedding day years ago.

The dreams of Douglas Farah for fame and fortune through the venue of the US government-financed book (via the Carnegie foundation as usual) seem to be dissipating rapidly. After reading briefly one may realize that the book is nothing more than a collection of the articles Farah and his gang filled the internet blogs with, in addition to falsified statements of non-existing characters.  Farah went as far as to claim having heard statements from me personally, although I have never seen him nor have I spoken to him.  So, Farah took his old-Iranian attitude, along with a free copy of his book and went to the Dallas Observer asking for help and free publicity.  SO, I had to reply, and this is a copy of what I posted at the Dallas Observer.

Watch the Riz Khan Show on Al-Jazeera International and see Douglas Farah making a foul out of himself claiming that Victor Bout is protected by ALL OF THE WORLD'S GOVERNMENTS, and that Bout has nuclear arms ready to deliver anywhere, and ... plenty more. Seemed like a man hallucinating under the influence trying so hard to convince everyone that he is the Messiah who can see what the rest of the world, combined, cannot see.

I wonder why does not he go to tell the UN, US, UK, and the Belgian government about his rare finding so maybe they can charge Victor Bout with something?  I wonder why the 10 years investigation by the every law enforcement agency in the world failed to discover what Mr. Farah had discovered in few months?

The New American Justice

I was reading the new article published in the Dallas Observer and I could not believe that I had to go through the events that were reported there. I sued the government to get a day in court and I screamed if I am guilty hang me. The government just ran out of fear to face me in the court, not because I am strong and they are not. It was because they had nothing to sustain any of the unproven bogus allegations they invented, and they are yet unable to even create a wrongdoing to charge me with. I'm ashamed that I served in the United States Army and was willing to die defending such people and such justice.

A Blind Leading Blinds???

Few days ago I met with Alan Cullison  from the Wall Street Journal in Moscow to chat and have a drink.  We spent few hours and we talked about plenty of things; however, one statement Mr. Cullison made struck me as scary and hard to imagine, the statement was that in preparation for our meeting Mr. Cullison called Lee Wolosky to inquire about the subjects he should be covering with me since Wolosky considers himself and considered by the US government as an expert on my affairs and my relation to “Bout’s organization.”  Wolosky’s answer to Cullison was, “Go and ask Douglas Farah!!!” The expert referred the reporter to a delusional person who calls himself an expert about events he never witnessed, people he never met, language he cannot speak, and material never touched.   Whether it’s irony, stupidity, or just plain criminal this can explain why the Bush regime happened to be criminally wrong in everything they’ve done in Iraq, Afghanistan, Somalia, Guantanamo, Lebanon, etc., and the list goes on.  So, Lee S. Wolosky earned a place in my special list of the delusional Pretend Experts.

The Nazi Regime is Desperate

In order to prevent Richard Chichakli from filing an appeal against the “sham” decision of the lower court of judge Godbey, the United States government represented by OFAC wrote to Richard's attorney, Clay Scott, to inform him that his license to represent Chichakli is no longer valid, and as such he cannot any longer represent Chichakli or bring a filing against OFAC and the US government in the Federal Court of Appeal!!! This is what you can call … justice under the "never-wrong" Bush regime...

Numbers, which do not add up!

Few days ago I was called by Al-Jazeera International Network and who is producing a report about the AK-47 on the rifle’s 60^th anniversary, and wanted for some reason to get my input on the story.  I mentioned to my caller that I might be of no help considering that I possess no knowledge about the matter; however, the caller decided that I will be helpful because I know Victor Bout who is according to the UN considered the largest dealer of AK-47 in man’s history… Well, that got my attention and accordingly I started researching the background of both, the AK-47 and Victor Bout, and here is what I found:

Since created in 1947, the Kalashnikov sold about 100,000,000 worldwide, and let us optimistically and for the sake of the argument say that 99.9% of all of these sales were “official sales”, so that will leave us with  about 100,000 rifle for (non-official sales by  traffickers.)  Now, the UN report about Bout (S/2001/1015) claims that Victor Bout sold up to 3,000 rifles (yes, that is up to three thousand); and I will say “hell, let us make it 10 thousands just for fun” would that raise the question of who had sold the other 90,000, or better the 90% of whatever number of rifles sold illegally? And if the “most notorious trafficker / merchant of death /  the emperor of arms trafficking / etc.” is responsible for less than ONE TENTH OF ONE PERCENT of the illegal sales, in accordance to the UN inflated and manufactured report, who is then selling the 99% of this so-called illegal transaction??? In reality the illegal arms are likely to be more than one percent and that will make also in reality the percentage the UN-proclaimed largest arms dealer is supposedly responsible for smaller and smaller.

 I am neither saying that Victor Bout sold any illegal arms, nor I am claiming to be a mathematician, but these numbers do not add up to what the UN reports state, nor to what the cowardly-hiding corrupt investigator Johan Peleman used to bark at any given opportunity… Well, you do the math!   

Time for Appeal

Americans like to believe that a court of law is the place where grievances are to be fairly and impartially heard, and justice is to be rendered independent from politics and prejudice. I am one of those, and I would like to understand how could judge Godbey have "understood" my complaint without seeing or hearing from me, my attorney, or any witnesses?

We all know that the judge saw the government attorneys who stated in writing that the case is "too complicated and too cumbersome to be understood in a simple way"; however, the judge seemed to fully comprehend all aspects of the case without hearing the plaintiff, and without asking even one clarifying question.  I think the government did a heck of a "convincing explanation" and had answered all of the Bush-appointed judge Godbey's inquiries as the defendant in the case, and on my behalf as the Plaintiff in the case.   Therefore, a ground for appeal seems to exist, and appeal is on the way.

Stifling reality is the only way to sustain Lies

Today I received an E-mail from Jesse Hyde, a reporter with the Dallas Observer whom I had given an interview a few months ago.  In the message he was asking about my opinion on the court ruling, which I originally thought was concerning the Guantanamo Bay case. Then,  after reading the new entry at Mr. Hyde's blog I realized that he was referring to my case, and in particular after hearing from the "pretend expert" Douglas Farah, who ran quickly to tell the Dallas Observer that all evidence against Chichakli was laid-out and there was no Secret Evidence as the government itself stated (as seen here)?

I found that amazing and strangely unbelievable, as to what extent liars like Douglas Farah would go to stifle the truth fully knowing about reality. 

Think with me: since Farah is so "aware" of the facts, would not it be prudent that we tell him to go and help authorities in Belgium, the European Union, the United States, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, and perhaps, the United Colors of Benetton and the United Way, with his astute knowledge and clear evidence, so maybe, just maybe, they all can learn from him and his alikes how to convict Victor Bout in some kind of a court that is specially designed for the highly delusional and tremendously stupid since the normal court was not good enough for Farah who will be hurting financially and career-wise if the Bout story dies.

Judge David Godbey Dismisses Chichakli’s case against the US Government

Yesterday June 04, 2007, Judge David Godbey of the Federal Court issued his decision and granted the US government its request by issuing a summary judgment in its favor and dismissing Richard’s claims for relief. The court order can be found here.  This ruling was issued quickly in response to the Belgian High Court ruling which was issued three days ago dismissing all charges against Victor Bout, and subsequent to the daring escape of Chichakli from the Syrian detention to where he was extradited for liquidation last year by the Bush regime.

The ruling favoring the government was expected, and the ruling was ready since early March after Chichakli informed the court of that the government was hiding adverse evidence to its case, and the court refused to admit the testimony of Deidre Ward, the former CEO of Bout’s companies in South Africa, and the testimony of Nathalie Piret Bout’s counsel and financial advisor who both testified that Chichakli was not an employee of Bout nor were they aware of him working in Bout’s organization. Ward’s testimony which was obtained by FBI in South Africa became very critical to the government case, given Ward's senior position in Victor’s organization and it was immediately classified.  ALL the documents filed by the government in support of their case were made available to the public by Chichakli and they are still available for download, of course with the exception to the "Secret Evidence" which I have no access to except the DOJ letter providing for such and which appears on the main page of this web site.

The court ruling was expected and it was expected to be “with Prejudice” as it was issued, after the court refused to hold public trial to try the case. However, the ruling gives Richard Chichakli the freedom and opportunity to continue his previous approach of exposing the evidence to the public without violating the court rule and legal requirements which he was required to observe during the trial, or in better words the lack of it.  After all, didn't the federal court find Maher Arar's case to be without merit and decide that the US government acted properly!!!!!

Victor Bout is acquitted in the Belgian Court and all matters against him were dropped

On May 29^th 2007 the Belgian Court ordered all charges filed against Victor Bout to be dropped and ordered the warrant of arrest against Mr. Bout withdrawn immediately. Belgium was the only country that had ever charged Victor Bout in connection to his alleged involvement in transporting arms.  The investigation into Victor Bout’s affairs by the Belgian authority was originally stemmed in 1997 out of fabrication by Johan Peleman, and upon which the unsuccessful philosopher became an expert contractor to the United Nations, where he managed to build fame and fortune by repeating the lies he invented about Victor Bout. The court’s “public document” omitted the name of Johan Peleman from the witnesses list, where his name was replaced by three XXX as the legal investigation into the corruption  and falsification of official documents charges against him is still pending.

The 10 years investigation resulted in nothing, the same nothing upon which the illegal persecution of Richard Chichakli by the criminal George Bush and his Nazi regime is based upon, and the nothing that made Bush and his dogs fear to face Richard Chichakli in the US Federal Court in a trial that will expose their criminal activities and false allegations. 

It is an amazing irony to a little man like Richard Chichakli who is publicly challenging the US government to file charges against him for whatever they like and all that motivated them to act against Chichakli outside the American legal system. OFAC claims to have evidence, why don’t they use it to file charges?    Maybe they are shy, just being nice, or maybe they don’t have anything but the lies they invented. Perhaps, they thought that they will never need to worry about it as they were counting on liquidating Richard Chichakli before things got this far, first by their own hands, and after failing--on the hands of the criminals they hired in other countries.  The case of Maher Arar is a small example, and the failed Bush scenario for Syria is just another “pretzel” for Bush to choke on.    Vive liberty and congratulations to Mr. Bout, and good luck to me because I'm supposedly connected to an ..... acquitted man?

Under pressure, OFAC regulates its work after two years of outlaw works

The Nazis of OFAC were forced to issue public information in the form of regulations after the highly intellect in the US congress realized that OFAC is unregulated, has no public records of any laws governing its work, nor had ever attempted to issued any. Of course, the first set of regulation issued were related to the case of Richard Chichakli; TWO-YEARS after OFAC running LAWLESS. 

The regulation are required under the US constitution and they suppose to be on the book as laws BEFORE people like me are lawlessly and politically targeted.    Well, after Iraq anything else is just water.   Here's a copy for You

Two years; and counting

It is almost two years since this matter has started, and it is still going nowhere. The question is What comes after 2 years in exile and a 4-year-long investigation?

In a few days I will be starting the third year in exile while the US government will be going into the fifth year of investigation, which will make this the longest investigation in the United States history by surpassing the Pan Am investigation which lasted for 4.5 years. Bush and the International Community

It is very seldom to hear George Bush or Tony Blair speaking these days without inserting the phrase “International Community” into their speeches, referring to being supported by some UN Security Council resolution in their favor.  So, who is and what is in reality that “International Community” Bush is referring to? More evidence to disprove OFAC's lies and allegations

Another undisputable piece of evidence is now in hand to further prove that OFAC have knowingly lied about the alleged relation between Richard Chichakli and Victor Bout's organization.

The evidence comes in two parts, the first is the AirPass audit report prepared by the public accounting firm in South Africa which conducted an audit and review to Victor's businesses, and as such had effectively examined the company and its finance, in addition to interviewing its officers and key employees, particularly, the Financial Managers and directors who handled the day-to-day activities.   

No surprise, that the audit report produced then, just prior to the collapse of Victor's business included no mentions of Richard Chichakli as the financial manager, officer, or even an employee.  As to the other piece, it is a testimony by "live" professionals acknowledging that Richard was not a part of Bout organization, and he never was nor can he be the financial director responsible for the day-to-day activities as the OFAC maggots and the UN report falsely allege.

AIRCESS: Myth vs. Reality

The myth about Aircess and Victor Bout’s operations was intentionally created by those benefiting from the story and the survival of the lies.  However, since this web site started putting out the supported facts about Bout and his operations, including the entire history of Aircess the delusion that survived for years rapidly perished and the parasites nourishing on it went back into hiding and acting in the darkness in desperate attempts to maintain the story and to stay alive.

Now there is more interest among the true independent press, rather than the propaganda promulgators and the insignificant internet scammers, in getting the FACTS out and in pressing for facts-finding and accountability from Johan Peleman and alike.

Therefore, and in order to clarify the real picture and to defeat the false fabrications,  I have been working on gathering facts and documents and placing them together in a simple format capable of bringing the entire history of Aircess, its operations, and its employees to a better understanding.    

As usual, and unlike the US regime and the UN puppets whose allegations are based on statements like “WE BELIEVE” and “WE DETERMINED” without any real backing documents, all I am going to bring you will be supported by undisputable facts and verifiable documents. Victor Bout said, "I don't have assets in the US." However, OFAC took $2,000,000 from Chichakli's assets and listed them frozen under Victor Bout's name! Wonder why?

The recent UN list of individuals with worldwide frozen assets in connection with Liberia shows that the US government has frozen US $2,000,000.00 for Victor Bout and has listed the same in its report to the UN, as seen in the UN Security Council reports S/2006/379 and S/2006/976  . The listing of the US government is shown below; notice that Richard Chichakli IS NOT LISTED FROZEN IN THE UNITED STATES.

But Victor Bout never had any assets in the US as he stated before and very recently on the Satellite TV station RUSSIA TODAY. So what's about the two million dollars OFAC have supposedly frozen, whom do they belong to, and where did they come from?

The millions the US government is deceptively showing to the world under the name of Victor Bout actually belong to Richard Chichakli and they came out his personal and businesses' bank accounts.    But why does the US government need to lie?  Because the freezing action against Chichakli was ordered by Condoleezza Rice just after she became the US Secretary of State, and she used Richard Chichakli to show the world that she, and she alone, can do Victor Bout more than all of the Europeans who where pressing the US for action.  What else would you expect from an insecure sick character like Condoleezza Rice!

Case Developments

After reviewing the twisted tactics and maneuvers used by government defense lawyers I decided to directly communicate to the court the facts concerning the government violations of the laws including the illegal search & seizure, the withholding of evidence and material facts, the stealing of more than one-half of a million US dollars in cash, diamonds, and valuables from my office safe, the OFAC lying to the court under the penalty of perjury, and many others. A letter of six pages in total and two exhibits went to Judge David Godbey and to the government's senior defense attorney Ori Lev.

On the other hand, I am about to file CASE NO.2 against the FBI and OFAC for the theft of my property and for the illegal selling of frozen assets. Here's what I wrote to the OFAC's pigs as the last notification before action. For nearly two years now, OFAC and the FBI are still dodging to explain what happened to a HALF of a MILLION US DOLLARS (the inventory was valued at more than US $500,000 in 2005) in diamonds, cash, collectibles, jewelry, and valuables the FBI and OFAC agents took from my OFFICE safe and DID NOT LIST IN THE INVENTORY reported on the search warrant.

One more visit to Victor Bout's Phantom Empire!

We all have seen the reports that were prepared by the experts of the UN, UK, US, and the paid government’s propaganda promulgators like Farah, Braun, and Landesman where they all decided, without presenting ANY evidence, that Victor Bout profited $50 million from selling arms in 2001.   We  all have also seen my statement and the supporting evidence, including my request for reconsideration and which I published on this site where I stated that Victor was bankrupt in 2001 and that I helped him since then and through the beginning of 2003 to support his family and pay for his living expenses until he got back on his feet.

Almost all of those who formed their opinion on the grounds of the Internet stories and the insignificant internet profiteers who used the Bout matter for personal benefits immediately dismissed what I published and never examined the evidence I presented.   Whether their actions were fueled by hate, ignorance, prejudice, jealousy, greed or else, the one standing fact was that, those who dismissed what I said were not interested in the truth.  For them the story was a way too exciting, and they wanted to participate in the gang-rape that was led by the “distinguished governments”, namely the US and UK.

Today, thanks to the silliness of the US government’s lawyers who are trying to save the Bush regime from loosing to me in court, the government had delivered to me a new proof in support of the statement I made two years ago.     They released some of the records of my credit cards which I had given to Victor Bout to use for buying groceries, medicine, food, fuel, and necessities for himself and his family.  Those who know Russia should be able to recognize the names of the supermarkets, and other vendors appearing in the statements of Citibank and American Express credit cards I am providing here for you to examine and validate what I have stated since 2005.   Too bad for the invented stories about the mega arms deals with astronomical profits, and one more time, the truth is undeniably revealed.

The United Nations, some see it as a great organization and some see it as the evil of the world. I think the UN will be a great organization if it can be independent from the force and influence of the Nazi regime of George Bush.  How can I say that? The answer is simple and, as usual, supported by evidence.

More damaging evidence to the defense team of US government in Chichakli's case was leaked yesterday. The information provided that the government is withholding further evidence proving the falsity of OFAC's allegations against Richard Chichakli from being seen by the case Judge David Godbey. The matter involves withholding the interrogation report of Nathalie Piret and which was produced by the Belgian authorities investigating Victor Bout's matter in 2002. Piret in that report detailed Victor's employees, naming the Financial Manager to be Valerie Bampton, NOT Chichakli as OFAC alleges! (extract below, and see full document here)

The US government who had copied my entire web site knew since more than one year that Chichakli WAS NOT the financial manager of Bout, and this fact was further supported by the testimony of D. Ward the Director General of Bout's companies OFAC is alleging that I managed. Ward's statement to the FBI was made in the summer of 2006.   The United States government is aware that these testimonies will annul the cause of OFAC's action and render Peleman's UN report S/2000/1225  and OFAC's internet-based case invalid. 

Therefore, ORI LEV, an ISRAELI CITIZEN was particularly picked as a Senior Trial Lawyer to defend OFAC and Condoleezza Rice in the case brought against them by the Arab-American Chichakli. It seems that Mr. Lev who has "special morality views" decided to violate the law, by withholding from the court material evidence capable of granting Chichakli a clear judgment in his favor. Maybe the American people should ask ORI LEV  if it is permissible for government lawyers to obstruct justice for political benefits or personal views, maybe it is worthy to ask the administration about this "particular selection" of an Israeli citizen in a trial involving the persecution of Arabs by the Bush regime? 

It is about time the American people start acting to stop this outrageous abuse of power by the Bush regime and its tools. Write to your representatives! Write and ask what is going on, WHAT IS THE TRUE REASON behind this mad persecution of one little person, an accountant called Richard Chichakli?    It is the first time ever for an ordinary man to get Five UN Security Council reports, don't you see that to be strange and abnormal? Can anyone say what is going on?

Deidre Ward's Statement to the FBI

The United States government is in possession of information proving that the allegations OFAC raised concerning of my employment with Victor Bout are entirely false. The information was provided to the US government by Deidre Ward, the Director General of Victor Bout's organization in South Africa.
Ward also informed the FBI that the purpose of my visit was to explore establishing a free trade and industrial zone in South Africa and that I was not an employee of any of Victor’s business entities she was managing, and had nothing to do with Victor’s business that existed in Africa.
Ward was fully responsible for the businesses OFAC lied in the court filing and in the UN filing by saying that I was directing the activities. These entities are Airpass, Metavia Airlines, and Center African Airlines. All of these businesses existed during the years from 1997 to about 2000. The US government decided to withhold this information from the court in order to prevent their case from collapsing since my alleged involvement with Victor was based on the invented day-to-day management activities of Airpass, Metavia Airlines, and Center African Airlines.

Don't you think the court should know about Ward's testimony?  There is no reference to it in the 1,200 pages filed by the US Government with the court!  Would that be obstruction of justice?

Maybe the court should also know that Richard Chichakli received NO COMPENSATION for the alleged 15 years of employment / association with Victor Bout?

The attorneys defending Rice, Paulson, and Szubin are asking the Federal court to allow them to present the US government answers in SECRET as seen here, and VERBALLY, off-the-record without the presence of my lawyers as seen here.  Accordingly, this will be a "Secret and Verbal trial" with "Sealed Record" considering ... "the importance of this case to the Bush regime" as seen in the extract from the government letter below.   Is my case really that important to the government of the, super-power, USA?   I was thinking finding Osama Bin-Laden or winning Bush stupid war in Iraq was important?   What do I know, I am just ... important... I guess!

"WHY RICHARD CHICHAKLI IS NOT REPORTED TO THE UN TO HAVE ASSETS FROZEN BY THE US GOVERNMENT IN AND WITHIN THE UNITED STATES AS IT IS REQUIRED BY THE UN RESOLUTION?"

This is an extremely important question OFAC does not want to answer as it is now trying to further complicate the case and confuse the court by listing Richard's frozen assets as if they belong to Victor Bout!  For a matter of fact the name of Richard Chichakli is NOT LISTED all together to be sanctioned by the US government in connection with Liberia!!!

With more facts going on my web site, the chances of profiteers for making money from publishing imaginary stories about Victor Bout are getting down to nothing.  The first to go was Peter Landesman, who's dream of turning his made-up novel about Victor into a movie evaporated when the studio discovered that the man is a liar and whatever was published in the NY Times was nothing but BS. 

The recent exposure belongs to the "Yorkshire Ranter's Alex Harrowell" who, after failing to get a job or get admitted to the "Green Party", found fame and money by writing lies about Victor Bout, and by enlisting hundreds of the internet-stupidest to promote his site for free through scams like what he called "Operation fire-dump, and mirror-ball, etc." and by having those enlisted to promote his site through click-scams on the search engines.  I doubt that Harowell (pictured at the right) has ever told his enlistees that he was profiting from their "help".

Nonetheless, as facts about the made-mysterious Victor Bout started emerging, the appetite for unsupported scams began vanishing along with Harrowell's fame and fortune.     Well, his "Blog's share" fell by 50% so far, and his lies are down by 100%.  I wonder how those "friends of his" who were used feel now?  Just look at his photo and you can see the honor and honesty dripping out of the man's face!

Legitimizing the illegal, MY HOUSE WAS SEARCHED WITHOUT A WARRANT

We are all aware that the government was forced to use the "Secret Evidence" argument after failing to make a case on the grounds of its own initial allegations, and which were proven false as seen in the Plaintiff's pleadings. However, and despite expecting the court to grant the government its wish for dismissal of my case, I found it important to show you some of the lies OFAC wrote to the court in the Defendant's pleading, and as such knowingly committing perjury, despite asserting the truthfulness "under the penalty of perjury" as seen in the closing statement of Szubin. Cannot win on facts, see how OFAC is trying to confuse the court

I mentioned earlier that the lawyers for the US government filed the total of 1,212 pages of appendices with their response to my law suit I brought in the Federal Court. I also mentioned that the analysis of the documents filed by OFAC indicated that the government seemed to be placing Victor Bout on trial rather than Richard Chichakli. The following is a link to the file containing the analysis of the documents and the count of the pages related to the case. Out of the 1,212 pages we found only 252 pages to be related to the cause of action, and 877 about Victor Bout, while the other 83 were repeated pages.

See the new lie by OFAC, this time to the UN and the Federal Court!

OFAC's Szubin wrote to the Federal Court, under the penalty of perjury, that the United States froze my assets because I was listed on the UN assets freeze list, as seen below (paragraph-35 of OFAC's pleading):

However, OFAC did not report any assets to be frozen for me to the UN as seen below (from table-6 of the UN report S/2006/379)

But weren't the UN sanctions applied against Chichakli in the first place at the request of the US government? Something is not adding up and the hole is getting deeper and deeper. Where is the truth? and why the US government is now lying to the ...world, literally? Am I an enemy?

Do I consider myself an enemy to George Bush? The answer to this question is No, I do not, and although Bush is an ill-advised, arrogant, short-sighted, and dense being, who's presidency formed the ugliest mix of deceptions, lies, and secrecy; he is still the elected president who's presence I will not miss upon the end of his term.   The United States Constitution is a contract between the administration and the people, George Bush breached that contract and disregarded the constitution in most of what he does; including what he has don to me. The constitutional Due-Process requires that a person to be fairly and speedy tried and presented with evidence before executed, not the opposite. the Bush regime told the court that I was afforded the Due-Process by allowing me to protest their destruction of my life without legal cause AFTER they did it!

Bush is not America, he is just an ugly face who fails to serve America and the American interests worldwide. Bush will soon go but America is to stay, maybe working harder to repair the damage done by Bush and his regime, but it will stay and again be the idol of freedom and the paradigm of democracy.

About Airbas Transportation, Inc.

A gentleman from the press send me a very important notice regarding the pleading filed by the US government in response to the suit I brought in court. He noticed that the documents lack the mentioning of San Air despite that San Air matter formed the Core of OFAC allegations, and was the ground the US government used to support its request to the United Nations to include Richard Chichakli under Liberian sanctions. What I think is that OFAC may have expected to find a connection between Chichakli and San Air who allegedly had done business with Liberia; however, after two years of "investigation" they realized that they were a bunch or morons to believe what Peleman's written in his reports of 2000 and 2001; and accordingly, dropped San Air from the case and the pleading, and adopted Airbas story (from the other Peleman's report of 2003) in addition to leaning on my aircraft brokerage business which they now allege I set up just to buy aircraft for Victor Bout.

The crazy part is that OFAC had further displayed their galactic stupidity by filing with court some internet account of Airbas Fleet instead of using the Tax filing of Airbas with the IRS, and which clearly states all of Airbas assets. The reasons OFAC did not use the tax return are the following:

1. The tax return lists the aircraft, its registration, cost, etc. and that will prove that their allegations about Victor Bout and the extended fleet are groundless.

2. The return clearly states the date of inception, the owners and their shares, and of course that will not help OFAC who alleges that Airbas belongs to Victor and it existed since God created earth.

3. The worst of all, the tax return also indicates that Airbas went out of business as of the end of December 2004, and that will make them look very bad before the judge.

The US government had no case in 2005, and still they neither have a case against me now, nor will they have it in the future. As to the operations of Airbas Transportation, Inc. as indicated in the following timeline the company was illegally forced out of business by the end of 2004, making OFAC's action in 2005 nothing but a Showbiz "to whom it might be concerned."

To the gentleman who sent the note, and to the rest of the world who might be interested in the case, I posted all the details about Airbas Transportation, Inc. with evidence to show how the US government conspired to destroy the company when I refused to do their dirty and illegal work. Well folks, the "untouchable" OFAC had to show up from their hiding and answer to the court with what was expected all along: copies of internet pages, copies of UN reports, and copies of corporate registrations, and in total ZERO DOCUMENTS to show that I had any business relation with Victor passed his designation in 7/2004.

However, as you will read in what Bush's dog in OFAC sent to the court, you may be surprised to find OFAC now decide that "the date of my relation to Victor is not important" and since I know him, they will just hold their turf regardless of whether I did business with him after he was sanctioned.  It seems that when OFAC realized how "O-FAC-ed" they were, they decided dealing with Victor prior to his designation was good enough; notwithstanding, that they have done the same in the previous persecution case of the "Holly Land Foundation" who were accused of supporting Palestinian families sympathetic to Hamas before Hamas was designated.  So, what can we say to that? 

However, because they have nothing to make a case in all of the 1,200 pages that were submitted, they reverted to what nobody can defend, it is time for "SECRET EVIDENCE" the backbone of the Bush's regime persecution program of Arab Americans, Muslim Americans, and all American Americans who question the "democratic-Nazi policy."

Based on what I have seen and read, and what I will make available to you to see and read also, I decided that I no longer hold any faith in the US justice system as long as criminals like Bush and his regime can manipulate the system and the lives of the people depending on it.  Therefore, the 2007 will witness the birth of a new era for me and the thousands I communicated and worked with throughout the last two years. The struggle for justice shall move toward the macro level as the voices of the thousands will unite in one common voice lauder than what bullshit like this can quash. This case is no loss, it was the key and cause that helps polarize the idea and the path.
