Airbas Transportation Inc. is a Texas corporation founded, owned, and operated by Richard Chichakli and Sergey Bout in 2002. The company is neither owned nor related to Victor Bout but it was wrongly and without any evidence or support treated by the US government as it belongs to Victor. Johan Peleman suggested that the company belongs to Victor in his UN report in 2003

AirPass (Air Pietersburg Aviation Systems and Services Ltd.) is the company that replaced Aircess after the split of business between Victor and Sergey Bout. The company was registered in South Africa. Richard Chichakli did a 2-weeks assessment of Airpass' ability to go public in April/1998 and that was Richard's second encounter with Victor.  The company went bankrupt in 2000 causing the collapse of Victor Businesses.

OFAC alleged that Air Zory belongs to Victor Bout. That is an intentional lie because Air Zory is a US government related and it was used to conduct secret operations for the CIA and the US government. The secret operations included the supply of weapons to rebel groups sponsored, supported, or directed by the US government, Air Zory had no relations to Victor Bout.
