| The LARGEST FLEET IN THE WORLD?Only morons such as the OFAC criminals will call this to be the largest fleet in the world. Here you will see, in Victor Bout's handwriting the description of Victor's fleet at the PEAK of his operations. The fleet consists of two helicopters, 13 cargo aircraft of 15 tones average, and 14 passenger aircraft of a 22 seat average. (Forget Fed-Ex, UPS, DHL, and others, OFAC said Victor has the largest fleet). It is noticeable here that the aircraft which were purchased by Sergey from his Brother Victor when Sergey decided to split from his brother and remain in the UAE are not included in Victor's inventory. These aircraft were three IL-18s, one An-12, and the AN-26 which were acquired along with Victor's interest in AIRCESS-UAE as of January 1998.
