Who is Victor Bout?
For years, particularly since early 2001, thousands of
articles were written about Victor Bout. Almost 99% of these articles are copied
from each other, and it all can be sources to the article that made Johan
Peleman rich and famous. The December 2000 UN report on Angola known as
S/200/1225, and which is the core of Victor Bout's tale, and the alleged link
between Richard Chichakli and Victor Bout.
Aviation, Arms trading, the UN, Africa, Diamond, wars,
people manipulating governments, mysterious aircraft flying everywhere, and so
on. This was the first story Condoleezza Rice heard as a secretary of state
according to Farah's book. She was told that the endless fleet of Soviet era
aircraft she was showed, all of it, belongs to one man called Victor Bout. She
was also told that the man who runs the show is Richard Chichakli. The rest, is
the story you become familiar with and the question to answer remains, who is
Victor Bout?
Almost all you read about Victor Bout
came from some internet articles written by people who never seen or heard
Victor Bout, but they had no problem in copying each other and adding some
spices each in turn. For a matter of fact, most of what written about Victor can
be sourced either to Johan Peleman reports, or to stories promulgated by Douglas
Farah, or to a report by Landsman who was met Victor in 2003. How much of
what you have read is real, "almost nothing" said Richard Chichakli.
-
Peleman
faked the S/2000/1225, and therefore he is yet to answer why he lied about
communicating with Richard Chichakli as he stated in article-6 of the
report. Peleman was challenged to answer but he failed to do so for the last
five years. Peleman was able to maintain his creation by writing up more
report of the same for the UN. Then, someone in the UN questioned how come
Victor Bout is always the center-piece of all Peleman's report regardless of
location. Peleman's run ended in 2003 as the integrity, independence, and
truthfulness of his report on Somalia was questioned. The loss of the UN
platform caused Peleman all of his Bout-associated fame and he; therefore,
reverted to use the internet and media to maintain the Bout story alive for
a bit longer; however, by 2004 Peleman faded away after being dismissed as a
UN contractors.
-
Douglas Farah picked-up the story of Victor Bout that
was left by Peleman. Farah who is a known propaganda factor for the Bush
regime, was benefiting mainly from the 9/11 events by making up stories and
government-financed books about Osama Bin Laden. Farah used the story of
Victor Bout to replace his no-longer interesting material about Bin Laden.
Overnight, with the help of Attorney General Gonzales he was declared an
expert in the business of Victor Bout and was called by the DOJ to testify
before the congress. Farah created several websites under different
names, and
used his relations to the Washington Post, and other freelancers and
journalist, to continuously publish and re-publish materials about Victor Bout.
Farah also organized several "blog" group to frenzy-feed, republishing the stories
he creates. Some of the
well-know group was led by a person that called himself the "Yourkshire Ranter",
and who teamed-up with Farah to make-up the buzz over the internet. Example of the
organized criminal activities practiced by Farah and his group is "operation fireball." Although sustained for
a while, the absence of real evidence or actual persons and events
to support the false promulgated material caused the public to shy-away from
these sites. The sites quickly disappeared or changed subject.
The arrest of Victor Bout in March of 2008 rapidly put an end to
Farah's expertise-run and sudden fame. The end of the Bush regime is likely
to further expose Farah and his network.

Landsman's article did not include the actual conversation that took place
between Landsman and Victor because it was written for a movie script from
the very beginning. Landsman lied to profit from the story, and for a little
while succeeded. However, as the news of his made-up tale reached the
studio, the deal was over and he went away as fast as he came to the scene.
Richard is a
friend of Victor Bout and a person who know Victor very well, that is what the
US government admits and wanted you to believe. The point is that the US
government never, ever questioned Richard about Victor Bout nor did ever
approached Richard with inquiry regarding Victor or his business affairs.
The
million dollar question is:
If the Bush administration wanted to know
about Victor Bout why would they avoid questioning Richard Chichakli, the person
they say
to know the most? Why would they ask people who had never met
Victor Bout, worked with him, or possess actual knowledge about him and
his business operations; a person like
Douglas Farah?
The same
question can be raised about the action of Johan Peleman, if Peleman wanted to
report facts to the UN why didn't he ask Richard Chichakli given that he told
the UN "Richard know about Victor Bout" more than Bout himself!
The fact is,
all of those want to investigate Victor Bout or claimed to have investigated
him, all of them went out of their way to avoid asking Richard Chichakli about
the person; they claimed, to be known the best by Richard? Well,
then one may ask:
Why
the public does not ask their politicians to question Richard Chichakli
concerning Bout?
Why the congress does not subpoena Richard to testify about Bout?
Well, why the UN ask everybody but those who supposedly know all the
secrets?
The answer is, the US government does not want you to
know the reality about Victor Bout. The reality will hurt the personal financial
interest and the political career of so many people in the United States, and
the England. Those who think corruption is limited to the third worlds,
they know very little about the US and the Bush family.
So, who is Victor Bout?
This is Victor's
answer, as to Richard's answer, you cannot hear it until THEY allow you to
do so.

Victor Bout Bloggers
Posted by Chris
Obviously, blogging about Victor Bout is a niche thing. But if you're a Bout enthusiast (in the sense that you're enthusiastic about the idea of his facing justice some time soon), you're going to want to keep tabs on the following blogs:
--
Douglas Farah (Alas, with no RSS feed. WTF?)
--
Laura Rozen
--
The Yorkshire Ranter
Bout, for those of you who aren't enthusiasts, is an arms trader with a very, very sordid past. Alas, it seems that Bout is also an arms trader with very, very powerful friends.
Tune in next week to find out what happens when a shadowy underworld arms trader with very very powerful friends collides with the
righteous fury of a small rag-tag band of Victor Bout niche bloggers! Bout has battled international law enforcement for years, but is he a match for the blogosophere? We shall see. We shall see.
I would be tempted to sacrifice yet another fatted calf to the internet gods, but I've been sacrificing so many fatted calves to the internet gods lately that my stock is dwindling faster than I can replenish it, prices for fatted calves being what they are these days.
Let me simply say that if I have to live in a world with people like Victor Bout, I am very glad that it is also a world which contains the above mentioned bloggers, and an internet that helps them work together with the
long term goal of royally fucking up Bout's life and plans.
