Exposing the Lies

This is my response to the United Nations Report of 2000, where the story of my relation to Victor Bout was invented. OFAC used that report without verification, and they are still using it despite being notified of its falsity.

I repeatedly informed the Treasury that the internet material they collected is incorrect, and asked that they validate with the writers of these article whether such writers have verified the information. The Treasury had no interest in even looking at the transcripts of the schools where I was a full-time student in UTD and DCCCD, particularly upon returning back from the One-year contract to create Sharjah Airport International Free Trade and Industrial Zone in 1996.

Talking about Sharjah Free Zone leads us again to bring the falsity of the internet articles which collectively state that my relation to Victor Bout started when I created Sharjah Free Zone in 1993. Unknown to internet articles writers, the Free Zone project DID NOT EXIST until June 1995, and was not in operation prior to 9/2/1995. This is three-years after the day the UN report claimed it exists? Here's some info about Sharjah Free Trade Zone  This story became similar to scenario of Robert DeNiro "Wag the Dog" movie.

This seems to be the right place for opportunist such as free-lance writers with lesser than successful career like Peter Landesman and Douglas Farah who recognized an opportunity in adopting the story of Victor Bout.  It seems that the move paid-off, as each of Landesman and Farah landed a multi-million dollar Hollywood deals to make movies about Victor Bout.

Now back to Peleman's report (PDF format), which is indeed was the beginning of his expert hood, and where he stated that I was an employee / associate of Bout for several years. Telling the world that is impossible is something I have been doing for nearly five years. Why it is impossible? because I cannot be in South Africa, UAE, or anywhere else if I was a uniformed soldier of the United States Army, an employee of the US Dept. of Justice, a full-time student in the US, a part-time professor of accounting in Richland College, and I was the only CPA managing a sole practitioner public accounting practice with two offices in Grand Prairie and Plano, Texas.

I had few hundred clients with whom I met for hours every day, I had employees to work with, supervise, and pay salaries to, I signed checks, used credit cards, purchased supplies and talked to people, I had payrolls to issue to clients, books to keep. I was not anywhere outside the United Stated managing the day-to-day activities of an airlines with trans-continental operations.

Furthermore, I was a part-time faculty of accounting, teaching hundreds of students in Collin County Community Colleges. It is truly impossible to be running an airlines, or as Peleman and rest of the copy-cat call it "a global network" 10,000 miles and half-way around the globe. Folks, telecommuting did not exist in 1990 or even 2000. All I am asking for is common sense here!

Here comes the Treasury again to say, "But you have business with Sergey Bout, Victor's brother." "Yes I do," I said, "Is there anything wrong with the man?" They said, "No, but he is Victor's brother." I said that he is not Victor, the same as any of the 26 brothers and sisters of Bin Laden and who are still doing business in the United States, just similar to any other person who has not committed any wrong doing.

The US Treasury, intentionally or not followed a bad lead or had some other purpose for designating me. OFAC now claiming that any business Sergey Bout engages will be to the benefit of Victor Bout. How about applying that to the Bin Laden family where some prominent US Government names are running and managing such business. I never heard anyone saying that any business held by any Bin Laden, is collectively to the benefit of the accused 9/11 mastermind. What is it I am missing here?

The business I have with Sergey Bout, is a small cargo company called Air Bas Transportation, created in Texas in 2002 and which happened to be a contractor ferrying people and cargo for the United States Armed Forces in Iraq, Afghanistan, and elsewhere. The company's clients also include the United Nations and the International Red Cross. Are these considered "questionable" clients as stated in the thousands of recycled articles found on the internet. The company is current on all of its filings and tax payments, and can account for every single flight ever-made; however, OFAC did not ask, nor they ever were interested in reporting the truth.

I provided here a copy of some of the transcripts I was able to obtain, and I will be adding more as soon as obtained.
