Meet The UN-EDUCATED Expert
It is no surprise that in almost every interview, the inadequately-educated philosophy-major Johan Peleman, a person with no formal education, experience, training, or even background in investigative work, law, or research and who turned since December of 2000 into a so-called "United Nations Expert on Arms Trafficking," kept saying to reporters, including "Rick Young & Joe Rubin" of PBS-Front line that the reports he writes are not supported by hard evidence, he rather "Charms" his way through the story to produce an "Expert Report." In his own words Peleman stated how he conducts his work:
This site is dedicated to expose the truth about the corrupt Johan Peleman, and the rest of the so-called UN Experts, the lies included in the UN reports, and his personal deal with Victor Bout which went bad after Victor went bankrupt paving the way to Peleman's endless hate and desire to retaliation. Peleman received bribes from Victor to secure contracts between AirCess and the United Nations, see the pictures. Victor insolvency prevented him from paying the full bribe amount to Peleman, and Peleman retaliated by including Victor in his Report to the UN in December 2000. Peleman did not inquire with Richard Chichakli about Victor Bout as the UN S/2000/1225; thus, lied and violated the Rules stated in paragraph-6 of the the report. Peleman did that in order to avoid his lies which filled that manufactured report being reposed. Since 2005 Richard Chichakli challenged Peleman to explain why he did not contact Richard as he stated, but Peleman did not show up with an answer. How can he, knowing that he lied and there is no excuse available to him, how can he, knowing that that should he tell the truth all that was told and written about Victor Bout will be false, and thousands of very-famous people will be asked why? Governments will be asked why? Peleman made out of Richard Chichakli a "Financial Manager" to a person he learned to hate. Peleman used the name of Richard Chichakli for the purpose of validating his created fiction about about Aircess and Victor Bout. He used Richard's name to give substance and expertise to an entity that lacked them; thus, qualifying the Aircess and Bout to become the conglomerate he wanted it to be in order to become a "big find." Peleman met the real employees of Victor Bout, but he did not find the qualification that could make his invented story believable. Therefore, he did not mention mention Ronald De Smet, his fellow Belgian who was alone in charge of AirCess Operations in Ostend and a general manager of a UAE base. He also did not mention Deidre Ward who was the Director of all Bout's business in Africa and who owns and manages Norse Air a known trafficker in arms and munitions as seen here.
