Government or Nazis?
Similar to most of methods used by the IRS, the action of OFAC is a non judicial procedure that allows the government to by-pass the judicial branch. The legality Using this methods against a US citizen is a questionable matter. OFAC's action denies me several basic constitutional rights that among other things, does the following:

Takes away my constitutional rights to:
Work or gain employment
Own property, real or personal
Buy, sell, or trade (including buying food, medical supplies, etc.)
Engage in any business or form a partnership
Seek help or be granted help from any US person
Do banking, obtain finance, credit cards, etc.
Terminates my existing businesses
Confiscates all my money and savings
Confiscates my home, and any real estate I own
Confiscates all my personal properties such as car, watch, computer, etc.
The action is nothing less than an order to die, unless the highly important people of the US Treasury provide me with a "license" to buy a sandwich, seek medical care, try to get a job, buy groceries, buy or rent a car, etc. As to money I need for my living, IT MUST BE OBTAINED FROM OVERSEAS!
The amazing thing is that this all is happening in the United States of America, the land of democracy and due process; the exporter of democracy to the world, and it's happening:
Without evidence (except for internet stories)
Without indictment
Without court or trial
Without jury, and
Without the right for legal representation!
